Boys & Girls Clubs serve more than 4.2 million young people annually — an increase of more than 900,000 from 2023 — at Clubs, online, and in communities throughout the country. Clubs serve 1.6 million youth through membership and an additional 2.57 million through community outreach in nearly 5,500 Club locations, including:

- 480+ BCGA-affiliated Youth Centers on U.S. military sites
- 240+ Clubs on Native lands
