Where do my fundraising dollars go?
Every dollar raised supports Boys & Girls Clubs programs that provide youth with a safe place, caring adult mentors, and high-impact development opportunities — at little to no cost to families. Every $1 invested in Boys & Girls Clubs returns $10.32 in economic benefits to Club members, their families, and society.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. Boys & Girls Clubs of America is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

What is a DIY fundraiser?
A DIY fundraiser is a flexible, year-round way to support Boys & Girls Clubs of America. This type of fundraising lets you create a personalized web page inspired by a passion, milestone, challenge or personal story while helping more young people access the mentorship, experiences and opportunities they need to build great futures.
Who can participate?
Everyone is welcome! Whether you’re a Club alumnus, staff member, volunteer, family member, current or past supporter, or simply someone who wants to create brighter futures for young people, you can start a fundraiser.
What types of fundraisers can I start?

Create Your Own Fundraiser

How much does it cost to participate?
Registration is free! Once you register, you can set a fundraising goal, personalize your page and invite others to support your efforts.
How do I create my personal fundraising page?
Choose your fundraising option and complete the registration process. You’ll receive a personal fundraising page that you can customize with a photo, your fundraising goal and the story behind why you’re supporting Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
Do I need fundraising experience?
Not at all. Your fundraising page makes it easy to collect donations and track your progress. Start with an idea that matters to you, share your story and invite your friends, family, coworkers and community to get involved.
Is there a deadline to start a fundraiser?
No. The DIY fundraising program is available year-round, so you can begin whenever the moment feels right for you.

What if I don’t reach my fundraising goal?
No worries! Every dollar makes a difference, no matter how much you raise. There’s no penalty for not reaching your goal—what matters most is that you took action to help open doors for Club kids.
